At Kiefer Aquatics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
